Qsymia Side Effects After Break

I was on Qsymia for about 16 months with no side effects. I lost 40 pounds at that time. I took a break for about a year and recently in the last 3 months I gained 18 pounds back. I came back to Qsymia but I had terrible side effects. Headaches, ear noise, dizziness. I have been taking it for six weeks and I only have lost 2 pounds during the first two weeks. Right now, I am not losing or gaining any weight. I still feel a dizzy and a little ear fullness. What do you think has changed? Why Qsymia is not working any more and why do I have side effects that I did not have before?

I stopped Qsymia and everything went back to normal except for a Uti that I am still suffering due to Qsymia. I am not taking any other medication and my doctor is aware of all my side effects. I am going to try another medication after my UTI is resolved.
