It is round but has bulging sides on either side with the imprint, not flat.
I'm sorry, but I can't find anything that matches this description and marking, either.
The most likely reason for that is because it's probably an over the counter product and those imprints aren't required to be logged with the FDA.
Where did you find it?
Your general location may help to narrow it down, since some products are regional.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
I am in the Chicagoland area and was lead to believe it was a prescription. However, as always it could be otc with these things you never know until you have seen a confirmation via picture. And I have not anywhere, and clearly will not take any pill in which I am not absolutely certain of its contents.
I was thinking possibly generic overseas soma, or maybe even seroquel since it has a Q, for seroquels active ingredient quiniptine(sp?)...just trying to think of what would be that milligram since it says 100 so most likely would mean 100mg...
i will post a link or copy a pic of the mystery pill so that may aid. I am usually quite good at finding out this information on pills, and who people usually ask to help id what they have and what the active ingredient is; however even I am stumped...
I Believe It Is Trazadone
The pill is 100mg seroquel. I believe it to be generic brand carried at the pharmacies that are sometimes located inside a target, walmart, meijer, etc...not like a CVS or Walgreens full service pharmacy. The generic must be fairly new for no info to be out on it but it doesnt mean that it isnt a registered generic with the FDA and allowed to be sold by the super value stores.
The rules for importing(usually many of the ultra low cost generics come from over seas manufacturing facilities) are actually quite lax as far as the burden on the manufacturer and importing store- they must just be a resisted generic company and pharmacy have the license to import such a controlled substance. And I am quite sure with all of the generics there are the bar is not set ultra high to get a license as long as you have the means and ways...many times the purity can suffer from the lax oversight and quality controls, many times they are just fine and it doesnt, some makers are more notorious than others for quality issues. Usually a quick google search of the maker and the drug name plus the word quality will net a decent amount of info on any issues, if there are any...but yes this pill is a 100mg(which is quite a large dose) usually I take 25mg of seroquel and it gets me quite well but this I take in thirds due to its size.
The yellow pill with q & 100 -It is 100 mg seraquel
