Based on my research, I think I have identified your pill as Clenbuterol 20mcg, manufactured by Balkan Pharmaceuticals.
It is marketed as Spiropent and Ventipulmin and used by sufferers of breathing disorders as a decongestant and bronchodilator. However, it is also abused as a steroid.
