my sister has been diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertention, i need this medicine immediately. we have been consulting AIIMS for 1 year.

My wife is having server hypertension since her birth till today we are managing the situation, now we decided to use Pulmonext 5 mg but we do not know side effect of this drugs & can anybody explain me result of this drugs.

Sir...pulmonext is very safe and doesn't have any type of side effect ....and has no interactions with sildenafil, warfarin and other medications. and no LFT (Liver Functional Test) abnormalities. In PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension) this is the best treatment till today. Many of trials on Ambrisantan in Pulmonext has proven its importance. Ambrisantan is superior than Bosantan because Bosentan have doses twice daily where pulmonxt have once daily dosing.
