Is Fluimucil helpful in treating pulminary fibrosis?

Fluimucil contains the active ingredient Acetylcysteine, which is used as a mucolytic, so it can help clear mucous from the lungs, but no it isn't usually useful for actually treating Pulmonary Fibrosis.
