I need help finding a pain clinic in Puerto Rico. I broke my ribs and I can't find one. I like opana because I've been on it before and it helps a lot with my degenerated discs.

The FDA warns the Opana is an opiate narcotic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, headache, and nausea.
The main question, however, is are you asking them if they will prescribe this specific medication, when you contact them? If so, many doctors will view that as being drug seeking behavior, and will just tell you that they don't prescribe it.
The best thing to do is to make sure that a new doctor gets a full copy of your medical records, and let them prescribe or suggest treatments, according, going by what other doctors have documented.
