Pudendal Neuralgia Severe Chronic Pelvic Back Pain - Seeking Pain Md Dr Who Does Procedures And Accounts For 24/7 Pain
UpdatedSeeking a pain management doctor/physcian to treat my severe Pudendal neuralgia pelvic pain. Had bilateral pudendal nerve decompression surgery & it has been over a yr later.I have bad right side nerve damage from the entrapped nerves. I also have painful bladder syndrome, endometriosis, and other contributing medical conditions. Disabled and bed ridden with a caregiver. My breakthru med currently is dilauted and use only when suffering gets worse and to go out once in awhile, mostly dr appts. I can't sit at all due to the pain. I am on 50mcg fentayl patch over 2 yrs now and want off. I lost my pain specialist from a home invasion that lead to severe damage to his brain. So since surgery I am seeking someone to give me some sort of quality of life back. I deserve as anyone else with chronic pain to have opioid(s) if need to live and sometimes enjoy life. I am near 40yrs and am not settling with another antidepressant that does not agree with me. I seek good evidence for controlling my specific combination of diagnoses. Not worth more time trying everything just in case it might work. I expect some good evidence. I wasted 18+yrs on psuedo-treatments, assumptions, neglect and mis-diagnoses leading to all the extra nerve and tissue damage. I hope to get some Pudendal nerve blocks, better pain control (maybe methadone), and definitely something for my breakthrough pain including flare-ups. I want some sort of life out of this bed without constant suffering. I am senstive to many meds and cannot tolerate withdrawal symptons from being on fentayl so long. Located north of boston,ma. Please if anyone can recommend a good doctor within an hr or so including southern nh. Seeking pain management willing to help me without refusing breakthrough medicine. I want to enjoy some of my life; not just suffer thru each day. I will be grateful for some help. Thank you very much if you read all this. All we have is this one life...
