I have oxycodone and OxyContin a few different strengths. Oxycodone HCL IR 15MG TAB, Oxycodone 10MG immediate rel tabs, OxyContin 30MG controlled release tabs, OxyContin 40MG tablet, Oxycodone HCL 20mg IR Tablets. They are name brand not generic. My father passed away from cancer last month. What's the best thing to do with the remaining pills? Pharmacy won't allow a return for a refund.

Um, duh, Kyle is the seller of drugs and Daniel is the buyer. Both are using stories to connect, but no grieving son goes on a drug site and LISTS his tasty wares by name and strength. Yes, he is interested in their disposal, to the garbage man with the highest offer.
Daniel,
That's kind of you to offer YOUR professional services. I wonder if you could provide the prospective client's with your professional credentials required to dispose of federally regulated scheduled narcotics? A skeptic might ask "why a legitimate entrepreneur would solicit business in this manner." Frankly sir i hope the already aggrieved individuals aren't further injured by opportunists like yourself. It sickens me when others try and take advantage of those who are uninformed.
KYLE,
NO ONE CAN LEGALLY COMPENSATE YOU FOR THIS. IN ORDER TO DISPOSE OF THESE IN A MANNER SAFEST AND CONFORMING TO LAW PLEASE DISPOSE OF THESE DANGEROUS NARCOTICS AT YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT. They all have a program in place with the DARE PROGRAM NATIONALLY TO SAFELY DISPOSE OF THEM. GOD BLESS YOU FOR DOING THE PROPER THING.
Hi Kyle, sorry for your loss. I'm in the pharmaceutical and medical waste disposal and recycling industry. I would be happy to take those off your hands and dispose of them properly. Where are you located? My main processing facility is in Pennsylvania, but we have satellite locations around the globe.
Hello, Kyle! How are you? I am very sorry about your loss.
While they won't allow a return for a refund, they can safely dispose of them for you, if you take them in and ask them to do so.
Alternatively, the FDA says the proper way to dispose of them would be to add them into some undesirable substance, such as damn used coffee grounds, or dirty cat litter, place the mess into a sealed container, and dispose of it with your normal trash.
However, given the nature of these medications and how frequently they are abused, taking them to a pharmacy would likely be the safest option.
Is there anything else I can help with?
