Propanolol Er 80mg Cap Rou

I have been switch to Propanolol ER 80mg CAP ROU one daily today, I have been taking Propanolol 40mg TAB PLIVIA twice daily, which I only took one daily. My question is what time should I take the new medicine; before work or at bedtime. Do I need to take to medicine at the same time each day? I work nights, so time is different.

Normally, a medication like this should be taken whatever time of day you are going to be most active, so it can help to control your blood pressure during the times you are most active and will experience the most fluctuations.

So, if you work nights and that is your most active time of day, then you'd want to take it whenever you get up to start your day.

And yes, you should try to find a time that works for you to be able to take it regularly and consistently each day. So, if you always have dinner at 6pm, then take it then.
