Propan With Iron Multivitamins Capsule (Page 6)

My husband was so thin and smoker, so my friend bought Propan with iron multivitamins capsule from Philippines... I want to know if this capsule is good to my husband and how he can take in 1 day?

I used to take Propan with Iron (Capsule) multivitamins since 1997 in the Philippines the time I was so thin so I take 1 capsule in each day after breakfast until I finished 30 capsule and i gained weight that time.

At this that Im married to a thin guy, that he was so thin maybe because he was a hard worker working 12 hours, as a Carpenter. So when my friend went for vacation in the Philippines, i ask her to buy for me 60 capsule Propan with Iron multivitamins as she does. Now that this Propan with me on my hand, i dont know how to start, i mean how to give him like is it 1 capsule in a day after meal or 2 times a day capsule.

My husband is a good health, he doesn't have allergy at all, when it comes to sick, it is only a normal like headache only.

Please help me about this medication how and when he will take, not to get mistake for this capsule.

When I took Propan once daily..after a month I am happy coz I get good result. But some nights I was having nightmares because I sleep so deep. Why is this happenning?

How long should i take Propan? (1 week only) does it cause pimples?the same question po for regeron E Plus.. I hope you will answer.

Sa akin di naging maganda po ang resulta..Take ako ng 1 capsule a day. Resulta nya gustu mo matulog at kumain ng kumain. Nag start ako mag take last august 2017. Bast 10 capsule lang talaga nainum ko. This january 2018 nag pa check up ako sa doctor kasi nga palagi sumasakit ulo ko. Kulang pala ako sa iron which means mababa ang hemoglobin ko. Pati vitamin b12 ko check din nila subrang taas kaya... Dahil cguru sa ininum kung vitamins na propan multivitamins. Sinabihan ako ng doctor na e stop ko daw kasi my side effect xa.

In order to get the most out of a multivitamin supplement and possibly correct any deficiencies, 1 week doesn't sound to me like it's enough time to bring about lasting results. Your best bet may be to have regular checkups (ie. blood work) to ensure that these vitamins/minerals are keeping your levels in ranges where they should be.

Vitamins and iron in particular are not generally known for causing pimples. However, if there are other inactive ingredients (fillers) that you may be allergic or sensitive to, then it's not out of the realm of possibility.

Has your skin had any unusual reactions since starting this supplement?

20 yrs. old na ako at magtake ng propan w/ iron. Anu po ang magiging side effect sakin neto. Kase yung work kopo is one week night shift and one week morning shift. Please pahelp namn po, ko din tumaba.

I think I have ulcer but I didn't ever try to consult a doctor. Is propan with iron can help me enhance my appetite? because lately when I eat meals I feel vomit sometimes and it causes lack of my appetite.
