My husband was so thin and smoker, so my friend bought Propan with iron multivitamins capsule from Philippines... I want to know if this capsule is good to my husband and how he can take in 1 day? I used to take Propan with Iron (Capsule) multivitamins since 1997 in the Philippines the time I was so thin so I take 1 capsule in each day after breakfast until I finished 30 capsule and i gained weight that time. At this that Im married to a thin guy, that he was so thin maybe because he was a hard worker working 12 hours, as a Carpenter. So when my friend went for vacation in the Philippines, i ask her to buy for me 60 capsule Propan with Iron multivitamins as she does. Now that this Propan with me on my hand, i dont know how to start, i mean how to give him like is it 1 capsule in a day after meal or 2 times a day capsule. My husband is a good health, he doesn't have allergy at all, when it comes to sick, it is only a normal like headache only. Please help me about this medication how and when he will take, not to get mistake for this capsule. Any other further inquiry about my husband please dont hesitate to contact me thru email. Hello...tanong ko lang po kung pwede na po magtake ng Propan capsule ang anak kong 12yrs old? Ayaw na niya kasi uminom ng syrup kaya nasasayang at nasisira lang yong vits. eh ngayon ang payat po niya...kaya ko talaga painumin siya ng vitamins... Please reply back po... Thank you and God bless.

Nuon midjo ang payat q pro ngayon ang ganda na ng katawan q. Salamat sa propan with iron. Kaso lang po my problima aq ano ba ang gagawin q parang subra2x yata yong acido na inirerelies ng bitoka q nagka highper acidity po aq paano ito maibabalik mayron ba kayong vitamin maaring makapag babalik sa dati nuong Hindi pa aq nka take ng propane w/iron. Pls...maganda ang propan kasi kapatid q ate q at nakababata kung kapatid ang ganda ng resolta Aq lang talaga nagka ganito sa akin lang may hindi maganda.

hi, i'd been taking propan with iron for almost 2 months now prescribed by a doctor who noticed that i am thin weighing 37 kilos. at an early days of taking this vitamin i easily fell asleep but for these past days, i have a hard time falling asleep. although at daytime say after lunch, i feel sleepy, so i take a nap and wake up at 2:00 pm. why a sudden change! just last night....... 2:00'clock in the morning am still awake. i might had have asleep at 3am and wake up at 5:30 a.m.

Hi. Is it safe to take propan with iron as multivitamins? I read some comments, then na-curious ako kung effective talaga sya to gain weight. 2 years na kasi akong underweight. Then kung okay akong mag intake nito ng best time para mag take nito? Since sabi po ng iba nakakaantok yung side effect. So okay lang ba kung i-take ko sya before to sleep since baka antukin po ko sa school. Thank you po in advance :)
