Propan With Iron Multivitamins Safe During Surgery?

I want to know if Propan is safe during a surgery? I'm 22 years old and got an appendectomy last June. Since then I'm losing my appetite. Is it safe? Any replies are welcome. Thank you.

My ex boyfriend promised me that he will come back to me if I weighted 50k though I weighted 41 kg as of today. I asked my office mate for what should i take to add up my weight they recommend Propan. Today is my second time taking the vitamins. I feel drowsy and my throat is getting dry. I sit possible that I will gain that much my height is 5'2.
