Propan As Good Vitamins For Asthmatic Person?

I have mild asthma but year 2009 i used buteyko method to control the symptoms. Conceal in my wisdom that this method can lose weight, from 52 kls i am 45.5 kls now w/c is in my age 37 it's underweight. How can i gain weight again? i look so malnourished, is propan with iron can help gain weight? or is it advisable to take though i have mild asthma? please advise, i am so upset, thanks.
