Prolix (prednisone) 20mg Dosage For Severe Psoriasis

Is Prolix (Prednisone) 20mg an effective dosage for severe psoriasis? If so, how long will it take to see improvement in my psoriasis?

You should take it as instructed by your doctor, but it may take a few weeks, before you see any improvement.
