Prolia Inj. - Duration Of Treatment?

How many years are you able to take the prolia inj's.? I took it twice a year for 3 years. Once I received my 6th inj. I was told I was finished and to refer to my Dr.

They no longer recommend the holiday that's been mentioned, the official site from the manufacturer advises against it.
As to how long one can continue Prolia, it is up to 10 years, depending on the patient's condition, medical history, insurance coverage, and etc.
The typical side effects may include adminstation site reaction, hypocalcemia, increased risk of broken bones, and dermatitis.
Did they give a reason why you were done after 3 years?
I was told that you should go off Prolia (take a holiday), then start taking it again. I cannot find any information that this is the case. Can Prolia be taken forever?
