mere last periods 20 din late aaye hai, meri doctor ne mera fmt karwaya hai jisme ovary mein follicles ki growth bahut kam aai hai aur doctor ne kaha hai ki harmones imbalance hai to ab main aisa kya karu jisse main natural tarike se pregnant ho saku? Please help me

hua hai.abhi takbacha nahi huye.saray checkup karvaye.serum prolictin 9.11ng/ml hai.aur
diagnosis;secretoryendometrium kar vaya.aur uterus normal hai,ovaries;normal hai.e/o bilateral multiple small follicles noted bolkar hai,aur impression;bilateral polycystic ovaries kahkar mere reports me bataya ga ya hai is ka kya matlab hai?mere hair bhi bahut jatehai thode bachey huye hai.kya my pragnent hosak thi hun?is ka kuch treatment karana padega.plz mujhe is ka reply zarur kijiye.thankyu
