I have been on Cymbalta for a couple of weeks. I don't have any problems falling asleep.Every once in a while I use to fight in my sleep or have nightmares, but maybe once every couple of months if that. But now since I've been taking the Cymbalta it's like every night I'm fighting and or talking in my sleep. Have you heard of anything like this? Thank you for your time.

Virtually all medications like this that act on brain chemicals cause disruptions to the sleep cycle, usually by REM onset latency, you spend less time in the REM stage and it is much more vivid, while you are in it.
Have you consulted your doctor? It just might not be the right medication for you to take.
