Prosom Vs Z-hypnotics For Insomnia

Does anyone know how effective ProSom is compared to Z-Hypnotics as a sleep aid?

I thought the only benzo capable of GABAA a1 agonism was restoril.

Is this also true of doral? The easiest way to target this receptor is with ethanol. there must be something better.
