Pristiq And Menstrual Issues

I have been on pristiq 50 mg extended release for almost 3 weeks now and for the first time in my life my period is late 6 days. There is no way I am pregnant. Does anyone else have this problem?

Antidepressants can interfere with your menstrual cycle, most will lengthen it, it can also make your actual period heavier or longer than normal.

You should consult your doctor to be sure, but it's most likely nothing to worry about.
