Primolut N And No Period

I am 21 years old and took Primolut N for around 2 months because i was having difficult periods and was recommended it for a "break". the last 2 weeks of taking my pills i had unprotected sex. My last pill was almost 10 days ago and i still never got my period. I took pregnancy tests and they all came out negative. Should I be nervous that something is wrong? Is it possible that I am still pregnant?
