Hi, I am 23yrs old and have been married for past 3 yrs. My periods stay absent for 5/6/7 months since my first periods in puberty. I was prescribed Primolute N then Clomid to get pregnant, but I wasn't pregnant. Instead I get my periods when I am on Clomid.

I live in Tanzania but had gone to India for check up and I was told that I am having Polycyctic Ovaries Disease. Then after I had gone under the laparoscopy treatment. I thought I will be fine but after 2 months of surgery I am facing irregular periods. I started Primolute N on 31st May 2011 twice a day for 5 days.... Please inform me if there is alternate medication for P.C.O.D ....

Hey I'm from Kolkata. My period is missing from the last few months and I've done an at home pregnancy test twice and it was negative. I have polycystic ovary and I take devery 10 for 21 days twice per day as doctor prescribed. Now from the last few months my periods are missing so I took PRIMOLUT - N 3 times a day for 5 days. So now how can I be sure that I'll have my periods within 10 days of taking the last pill? Please someone let me know this. I'm tensed as f***

Im 26 married from dubai.. For pcos girls who want to lose weight take metformin as im also suffering with pco weight gain irregular periods and after my ist baby difficulty to conceive 2nd. Dr told me to loose weight with neodipar 500 mg twice daily with exercise. I lost 5 kg in 1.5 half months with 20 min cycling daily... now feeling hopeful..

hi i live in pakistan.previously i had my periods regular but after 20year of my age my periods gone..i treat with diff drugs like metformin and conteceptrive after that got hairs problem on my face and periods problem is same as before.even i face every week for terrible pain of hot wax on my face.finally dr.prescribe primoult N 2 dose /day until i got married.but i am v tens that after getting maaried is their any side effects of this drug if i wana get pregnanat coz its birth conrtol pill and i really dnt wana that.please suggest me wht should i do

i have a problm of pco iam gainning my weight doctor told me that any how i have to loose my weight but i joined aerobic classes n jim but im no able to loose my weight and im having irregural period for irregural period doctor sugested me to take primoult n. what should i do to loose weight n to get regural period n can i take primoult$????

The medications used can really depend on the severity of your condition and your response to treatment, as well as your general health, other medications and etc.

The Primolut-N that you are taking contains Norethisterone, which is a hormone.
