Hi Lisa,
Do you happen to know the full drug names that correspond to each abbreviation? There are so many possible names that come up that I wouldn't want to risk steering you in the wrong direction.
Prilosec, Gabapentin, Fluoxetine, and Levofloxacin (or) Levothyroxine are just a few names that come to mind, but I'm not sure if these would all be compounded together in a cream.
Please post back if you have any other specific details regarding their actual names and then I can help you take it from there as far as indications and side effects are concerned.
