Prickly Heat, or Milaria, is usually more annoying, than dangerous. Has she consulted a doctor?
It is not an allergy and generally will not respond to antihistamines. It basically occurs when exposure to a lot of heat causes blockages in the pores, due to extreme sweating.
Sometimes, over the counter antibacterial ointments can help, however, I don't know what is available in Turkey.
