What is the highest number of milligrams of Prestique that should be taken per day?

Pritiq contains the active ingredient Desvenlafaxine, it is an SNRI antidepressant.

For those with hard to treat depression, amounts up to 400mgs a day may be used, but no benefits were shown on any dosages high than that and, as Bruce stated, the normal adult dosage is 50mgs a day.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight changes.

The RECOMMENDED adult dosage is 50mg. per day. But these M.D.'s will raise that amount much higher and possible stack this medication on top of other meds so beware you might be taking way to many meds at a much higher dose than necessary.
