Pressure In Head After Taking Aleve?

I have very painful tendinitis in my right wrist. I took 2 Aleve about 2 hours ago and I'm having a lot of pressure in my head. Could this be my blood pressure going up due to taking Aleve? I take Hyzaar for high blood pressure. Before I go to bed I want to take Hydrocodone with acitaminafin. Am I going to cause more problems for myself? I'm 79 years old but in pretty good shape.

Hello, Joanne! How are you doing? Has there been any change?

Usually, it takes more than just 2 of them to cause blood pressure elevations. According to the FDA is usually takes high doses being taken for a long period of time.

However, there is no way to be sure how any given medication will affect any given person that takes it, so the only way to find out for sure is by checking your blood pressure.

Is this the first time you've taken Aleve?

I'd stay away from the narcotic, until you're more sure of what's going on. Have you consulted your doctor?
