Hello, Darr! How are you?
There is no over the counter equivalent for the prescription dosages. However, your doctor can prescribe it for you, it is available via prescription and most pharmacies should have it in stock, or be able to order it for you.
The FDA warns that oral potassium can be very harsh on the stomach, so it should be taken with food.
Is there anything else I can help with?
