To be honest, finding a doctor to give it to you in WA, without their having your full medical records and being your regular doctor, is going to be difficult.

There is a walk-in medical clinic in Bellevue, have you tried seeking assistance there?

Is there some reason you're out, before your appointment? Usually most doctors will schedule appointments around the same time refills are needed.
