I take 15 mg of morphine 3× day for pain control and 30 mg of methadone 3× day for pain control. Last month I took a saliva test and it showed negative for morphine. I take all of my medicine as prescribed. Now pain management has an issue with me. I want to know why morphine showed negative?

Had exact same thing just happen to me, except was told it tested positive for tramadol...literally never taken anything not prescribed and I take my pain meds as prescribed ...mouth swAb test the only thing I could come up with ...Had to give a urine sample to restest
