I was experiencing pain in my uterus and in my back. l went to the doctor and she prescribed Metazol 400 mg. The day before l finished the course l started spotting and today it's the 4th day. When will the bleeding stop? My normal period is next week, am l going to see it?

If you had some type of infection that required this antibiotic, spotting can be normal and yes, you will most likely still also experience your regular period. However, there is a chance that this is just your period come on early.
The other typical side effects of this medication may possibly include nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and stomach pain.
If the bleeding gets severe, or doesn't stop after the normal time you should finish your period, then you should consult the doctor, again.
