Prescribed 5mg Oxycodone Hydrochloride, Imprinted With Gg 296
UpdatedI was prescribed this from a doctor as 5mg oxycodone hydrochloride and someone on here said it's a Loratadine pill???

That is correct, the tablet with the GG 296 marking is manufactured b Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Loratadine, which is an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat allergic reactions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
However, your doctor does not actually have any control over the medication that your pharmacy provides you with, so are you sure the mistake wasn't made at the pharmacy?
Can you double check the imprint and post back?
