I recently confirmed I am pregnant. My doctor prescribed me IC Prenatal 19. I am trying to figure out what exact vitamins and minerals are in this. I do know the CYB appears on my brownsih tan colored pill and it is a chewable. I am glad for that not sure how I would swallow it if it were anything else, it is a large pill.
