I am using the nustrate inj., however in February this year I developed a fungal infection. I started taking meds that resulted in me spotting everyday. I don't see my periods when I am using it but recently I was intimate while I was bleeding or spotting without protection and I worry if I would be pregnant cause I didn't test before the inj. again.

What medications did you take?
Some antibiotics can lessen the efficacy of some hormonal contraceptives, as reported by the NIH. However, there shouldn't be an issue if you only took antifungals.
Some antifungals tend to cause spotting, if used vaginally, because they irritate the cervix.
