I just had a baby on October 6th 2015. I am not yet on birth control. I was intimate with my partner on November 8th 2015. I took a Plan B emergency contraceptive on November 9th 2015 but within 10-15 minutes after taking the pill I vomited. What are the chances I could get pregnant again?

Hi. I had unprotected intercourse with my bf last january 22 (10:30pm). Took 4 nordette pillsas ecp jan 23 (4:30am). By 7:50am i vomited. Took the next 4 at 4:30pm and another 4 pills Jan 24 at 2pm. Total of 12 pills. My period was last Dec27 and i dont have my period yet. Accdg to my ob, im done ovulating and not fertile anymore but i am still scared. Is there a chance Id get pregnant?

My Girlfriend and I were intimate last nov. 18th. After 4 days before I found out the ECP thing then I let her take it the following day with 4 pills instantly then plan to take it again after 12 hrs as recommended. Is this still effective?

If you've been having regular periods, again, which will usually signify ovulation, then there is a risk of pregnancy.

However, the only way to know is by waiting to see if you get your next period on time, unless your doctor feels otherwise.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of emergency contraception as also possibly including dizziness, headache, irritability and breakthrough bleeding.
