The only actual drug part is the Pregabalin; which is an anticonvulsant that's also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders.

Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight changes.

Methylcobalamin is just a form of vitamin B12, which is believed to support nerve health and function.
