Everything you listed can be side effects of this medication, except your being cold all the time. I can't find that listed anywhere in the medication documentation.

What I find to be of concern is the fact that you have been on it for a year and are still experiencing these symptoms. Side effects should taper off, slowly becoming less and less severe, as your body adjusts to a medication, and then most disappear entirely. The peak time for side effects is usually around 6 to 8 weeks, which is the time it takes for most medications to reach their full effectiveness in your body.
If they are still so severe, after you've been on it for a long time, then I have to wonder why your doctor still has you taking it. It is probably not the right medication for you or you may be on too high of a dosage.
In addition, your being cold all the time is also a concern. this is usually referred to as Raynaud's Phenomenon. Most people just experience it in their hands and feet, but it has been known to affect other areas of the body, as well and for some people, it can affect their entire body.
Some people are born with a propensity for it, due to smaller blood vessels in their extremities that overreact to temperature changes. This form is usually not dangerous and more of an inconvenience than anything else.
Other cases can be medication induced and they are the ones that a doctor needs to worry about and pay attention to, because it can lead to atrophy of the skin and muscle if it is left to continue.

And on the Raynaud's I am speaking from experience. I've always had a slight touch of it, but usually it would only occur, when the weather was very cold. Where most people would go outside and take half an hour or more to start feeling the effects and shivering, I would do so within just 5 to 10 minutes.
However, recently, I was experiencing it on days where I really shouldn't have felt cold, at all. It could be 60 degrees here and a short walk outside to check my mail would result in various body parts going numb and it was starting to spread inward to my knees, breasts and etc. It turns out that one of the blood pressure medications I was on can cause Raynaud's or make it worse, so when I talked to my doctor about my symptoms and she saw them first hand in her office, she immediately lowered my dosage.
I would suggest bringing this information up with your doctor and discuss the possibility of trying a different medication.
Does anyone else have any advice to add?
