Is it safe for me to take Prednisone tablets during my pregnancy?

It can be taken during pregnancy, if your doctor feels that the benefits outweigh the possible risks, because it may cause some issues, such as hypoadrenalism in the infant due to being exposed to Prednisone in utero.
