I just stop taking Levofloxacin when can I start taking prednisone again?

Did your doctor instruct you not to take them together?

They tend to potentiate each other, but that usually just means the dosing has to be carefully adjusted and the person should be monitored during treatment.

Unless instructed otherwise, when they were prescribed, you should be able to pick up with the Prednisone. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne and weight gain.
