Why would I be told by my doctors that I cannot take it all the time when it is the only thing that works on my emphysema I've had for 15yrs?

It's like that only want me to take it for "emergencies" 3-5 days max - but it's the only thing that lets me walk around my home like a regular person!

Without them I have maybe 1wk or less a month. The rest of the time I'm too breathless to get out of bed!
