I have a terrible rash on my neck, chest and spreading to my breasts. I am on 20 mg. of prednisone (reduced from 30 mg) and have been for almost a month. Could this rash be from the prednisone??

It might be, but I have to say that it's rather difficult to say, because there could be several reasons.
Aside from the fact that there's always a chance of suddenly developing an allergy or sensitivity to something, regardless of how long you've been taking it or been exposed to it…
These steroid medications also have an effect on your immune system, so it could have caused an allergy or sensitivity to something else to pop up.

Is it an itchy rash, or a rash that's just kind of there?
You should talk to your doctor about it, to get too the root of the problem.
