Hello, Vic! How are you?
If they are dated with an expiration date, then that means they begin to lose effectiveness after that date. It would be best to dispose of them and see your doctor for a new prescription.
The FDA classifies this medication as a steroid that is used to treat allergic reactions, swelling and immune disorders. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, weight gain, fluid retention, acne and insomnia.
