Pradaxa Use By Non-afib Patients
UpdatedHas anyone heard of Pradaxa being used for blood clot patients who don't have atrial fibrillation? Primarily to achieve the benefits of no frequent blood testing?

Pradaxa contains the active ingredient Dabigatran, which is just another oral anticoagulant.
Learn more Pradaxa details here.
You can even look at the information at the link I provided and it lists it as sometimes being used as an alternative to Warfarin, since it doesn't require the frequent tests.
There are several others under investigation for this use, as well.
Are there any other questions or comments?
