Practin And Decdan

I was very lean and thin then i used practin and Decdan which made me feel little fat so, can it hurt me or not, plz help!

It is ok if you take it with the Doctor's Advice....

But you must do Intense Workout in order to get muscle instead of Fat if you are taking these or such medicines.....

That is actually something that you will need to discuss with your doctor. No one over the internet can possibly know your medical history or how this drug affects you, as well as the benefits or disadvantages that it provides you.

I don't know enough about your total lifestyle to comment on what you need to do in order to improve. I suppose you have to ask yourself:

Has my diet changed in any way since I've started taking these medications?

I am getting enough sleep?

Did I live an active lifestyle prior to taking these pills? Do I still live an active lifestyle?

Am I now spending less time in a positive frame of mind? Or am I stressed out most of the day?

Any of these factors as well as many others can play a major role in weight gain or weight loss. Despite the side effects of a drug, these are factors that you can control in keeping your weight in check. Hope this helps some!
