Potential Skin Reaction To Thyrox 25mg: Seeking Guidance

My mom has been taking Thyrox 25 for the last month. However, she has been suffering from skin problems such as itching and rashes for the past 2 to 3 weeks. These rashes resemble rings on the skin and they're spreading. Could this be a side effect of the medication mentioned above? Please advise.

The typical side effects of this medication are listed by the NIH as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, weight changes, and hair loss.

If she has a rash that looks like rings and is spreading, it could be a fungal infection, or something bacterial. She needs to have that checked out by her doctor.

Is she on any other medications? Has there been any change in the rash?
