Potassium Tablets - Trouble With Swallowing
UpdatedI am having serious issues with swallowing this pill as it gets stuck in my throat! It's a potassium CL ER MEQ tablet. Can it safely be dissolved in water to make it easier to take?

Are you making sure to take it with a full, 8 ounce glass of water or other liquid?
In most cases, trouble swallowing pills tends to be due to not taking them with enough liquid. This one should also be taken with food, due to how harsh it can be on the stomach, according to the FDA.
Are you on any other medications? What do you usually take it with?
