Potassium Cl 10 Meq Cr

What does CR stand for after 10 MEQ? I have one bottle with the CR letters and one bottle with the letter K after 10 MEQ. Are they the same? Susan

From what I can tell, it seems they are, but you should probably check with your pharmacist to be certain, just in case they are using something different in their labeling system.

But the CR usually stands for controlled release and some places also use the K for slow release, which is basically the same thing.
