I'm sorry, but it would be illegal for a pharmacy to fill one, before the time it is dated to be filled. I wish I had better news for you, but I don't. The pharmacist that did so, could lose their license and may face fines and jail time.

If you're running out early, it would be best to speak to your doctor to let them know that the current dosage isn't handling your pain.
