Possible Side Effet Of Taking The Med Pot Chloride

I'm wondering if anyone has had the symptoms I have had. I have had this problem for quite a while. In the evening I would get extra nervous and a feeling of fear and sometimes I would get short of breath and my heart would start beating rapidly both tho the point I would pass out and having to be rushed to the hospital. It was like my body was shutting down. Like it thought I was drowning. I have had this happen many times. The other day I ran out of this medicine. The next day I realized I felt better not as tired and could breath much better and that evening I didn't have the strange feeling. I then looked up this med on the web and the only side effects I have is the breathing and tired. The following day I felt like my mind was much clearer and not near the tired feeling. I didn't have the breathing problems nor the anxious and paranoia feeling late in the day. I would like to hear from you about this.-Thanks
