I had pacemaker implant surgery 7 months ago. I am taking blood thinners. Acitrom 2 and 3 mg on alternate nights, plus clopitral tabs daily. I'm also taking metapure 50 mg twice a day, plus Telma H 80, plus Nue gaba. During the last few days I have developed a blue patch on my tummy (no pain) and also another light path on my hand below the wrist. My PT INR was above 2, 2 weeks ago. What might have caused these patches? Need guidance/advice.

Most of the medications that you're taking can cause bruising as a side effect, not all bruises hurt and you may not even realize that you've done anything to cause the bruising, according to the NIH.
It is always best, however, to have your doctor check such issues to be sure, though.
