I work for the Federal Goverment and am being told that we will be subject now for urine test that will be looking for prescription drug use. I need to inform them of my prescribed drugs. I have never told them of my 20 Mg of Citalopram I take due to possible job loss for taking the drug. Will it show up on a pee test?

Why would you lose your job for taking Citalopram?
It is an SSRI antidepressant and is not a controlled substance of any type.

You should let them know about it, in the event that it may have an effect on the test results, since some drugs can cause false positives, but this medication itself is not something that is tested for on any standard drug tests.
