Poor Metabolizer
UpdatedI lack the cyp2d6 enzyme that metabolizes medication, what is not metabolized goes out through my urine. How will a urine test tell my doc the mg's of oxy is in my system then? Does he have to specify this to the lab for special testing? Worried he thinks I am taking too much but because of my issues metabolizing it takes A LOT to give me relief. I have crohn's disease.
